Ketentuan Layanan
Ketentuan ini merangkum cara kerja umum RAPS Creative. Scope, deliverables, timeline, harga, dan detail proyek tetap mengikuti proposal atau kesepakatan tertulis yang berlaku.
1. Scope & deliverables
RAPS Creative bekerja berdasarkan scope yang disepakati sebelum pengerjaan. Permintaan di luar scope dapat dihitung sebagai additional work dan dikenakan biaya tambahan.
2. Pembayaran
- Project sampai Rp500K: 100% sebelum pengerjaan.
- Project di atas Rp500K: umumnya 50% DP dan 50% sebelum final delivery/go-live.
- Layanan bulanan dibayar di awal periode layanan.
- Project custom dapat menggunakan milestone payment.
3. Revisi
Revisi adalah perubahan dalam brief yang sudah disepakati. Perubahan objective, konsep total, deliverable baru, atau scope besar bukan revisi dan dapat dihitung sebagai pekerjaan tambahan.
4. Timeline & feedback
Timeline berjalan setelah pembayaran, brief, dan material utama diterima. Keterlambatan feedback atau material dari client dapat menggeser timeline. Project tanpa respons lebih dari 14 hari dapat dipause dan dilanjutkan mengikuti antrean saat itu.
5. Website Care
Website Care dapat mencakup hosting, SSL, monitoring, backup, maintenance, troubleshooting, basic security, dan update sesuai paket. Jika pembayaran bulanan melewati jatuh tempo, berlaku grace period 7 hari sebelum suspend. Backup dapat disimpan sampai 30 hari setelah suspend sebelum penghapusan.
6. Content, Social Media & UGC
RAPS Creative tidak menjamin viral, views, engagement, KPI, conversion, omzet, atau sales tertentu. Fokus layanan adalah strategi, kualitas eksekusi, evaluasi, dan improvement.
7. Material, rights & third-party costs
Client bertanggung jawab memastikan material yang diberikan dapat digunakan secara sah. Domain, ads budget, API, software premium, studio, lokasi, talent tambahan, transport, dan biaya pihak ketiga tidak otomatis termasuk kecuali tertulis dalam scope.
8. Ownership & portfolio
Final deliverables mengikuti usage scope setelah pembayaran lunas. Raw footage, editable/source/project files, template, framework, atau source system tidak otomatis termasuk. Penggunaan project sebagai portfolio akan mempertimbangkan izin dan kebutuhan kerahasiaan client.
9. Pembatalan
Jika client membatalkan setelah pekerjaan dimulai, pembayaran atas pekerjaan yang sudah dilakukan tidak dapat dikembalikan. Jika RAPS Creative tidak dapat melanjutkan pekerjaan, bagian yang belum dikerjakan dapat dikembalikan secara proporsional sesuai kondisi project.

Service Terms
These terms summarize how RAPS Creative generally works. Project scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and specific conditions follow the applicable written proposal or agreement.
1. Scope & deliverables
Work is based on the agreed scope. Requests outside that scope may be quoted as additional work.
2. Payment
- Projects up to Rp500K: 100% before work starts.
- Projects above Rp500K: generally 50% deposit and 50% before final delivery/go-live.
- Monthly services are paid at the start of the service period.
- Custom projects may use milestone payments.
3. Revisions
Revisions apply within the agreed brief. Major objective changes, full concept changes, new deliverables, or major scope changes are additional work.
4. Timeline & feedback
Timelines begin after payment, brief confirmation, and key materials are received. Client delays may shift delivery dates. Projects with no response for more than 14 days may be paused and resumed based on the current queue.
5. Website Care
Website Care may include hosting, SSL, monitoring, backups, maintenance, troubleshooting, basic security, and updates based on the package. A 7-day grace period applies after the due date before suspension. Backups may be retained for up to 30 days after suspension.
6. Content, Social Media & UGC
RAPS Creative does not guarantee virality, views, engagement, KPIs, conversions, revenue, or sales. The focus is strategy, execution quality, evaluation, and improvement.
7. Materials, rights & third-party costs
Clients are responsible for ensuring supplied materials can be legally used. Domains, ad budgets, APIs, premium software, studios, locations, additional talent, transport, and third-party costs are not automatically included.
8. Ownership & portfolio
Final deliverables follow the agreed usage scope after full payment. Raw footage, editable/source/project files, templates, frameworks, or source systems are not automatically included.
9. Cancellation
Payments for work already completed are non-refundable if a client cancels after work begins. If RAPS Creative cannot continue, unused/unperformed portions may be refunded proportionally depending on project status.
